- “Products” refer to the media equipment and accessories available for purchase on our website.

- You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.
- You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing Viruses, Trojans, Worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
Product Information
- We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur.
- If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment Option
- Online Payment Methods: A secure way to buy online SpotX accepts (Visa, Apple pay, Go Pay, Pay with link).
- Online Payment Verification: We may verify the payment for some orders, to protect you from fraud and identity theft. In this case we need to verify that you are the credit card owner and the correct shipping and order information are submitted. The verification process may take place over the phone. If your order requires verification, you will be informed by phone or email, so please enter the correct phone and email during the checkout, and keep them updated in your account information. You may find this process unnecessary, but be sure that it is in place to protect you and us.
- ShowRoom Payment Options: We accept cash payments and credit card.
Shipping and Delivery
SpotX is closed on Saturdays & Sundays and UAE public holidays. All Online orders will be processed on the next business day. We can assist you by sending your questions and inquiries via email info@spotx.ae, will get back to you as soon as possible.
Track Your Orders:
If we used an alternative shipping method, the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your items are shipped.

We will try our utmost to provide an extremely satisfying ordering and delivery process to our online customers, but orders may get delayed due to below circumstances:
- Shipping address provided is incorrect.
- Order is pending a credit approval and fraud verification.
- Product is currently out of stock.
- Force Majeure.
- Delay caused by the third-party delivery services.
Exchange & Refunds Policy
Exchange or Return is possible only within 15 days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms herein: In case if you want to Exchange or Return the product(s), please contact us on the address given in Contact Details for approval and further actions. Please note that if the period of 15 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund requirements:
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
- Product is not as described.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Product must be unused.
- Product must not be worn or damaged.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase:
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
Shipping items
- In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
- Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you.
- You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, then we may reject a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Credits:
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account, please allow 7 – 15 business days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase, please note we can only refund the original purchase price after bank charges deduction.
Note: If the requested product is prepaid and was ordered by us, it is not possible to refund or exchange the product, but if a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
- The warranty does not cover accessories or consumables such as batteries, glass parts, bulbs, flash tubes, etc.
- The warranty does not cover malfunctions due to incorrect updates for the device firmware.
- The warranty does not cover malfunctions due to incompatible or poor-quality external accessories.
- The warranty does not cover routine maintenance services (cleaning, firmware update…, etc.)
The warranty is void if the device:
- Operated beyond user/operation manual instructions.
- Exposed to liquids such as water or traces of moisture and oxidation.
- Has Internal breakage, scratching, bending, or cracks resulting from the device falling.
- Opened or repaired by any unauthorized personnel.
- In case the serial number sticker is damaged.

Note: Data on the storage devices is not covered under warranty, the customer must regularly back up the data stored on his product to a separate storage product.
