Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Condition: Unused and in its original, closed packaging (Sealed Box).
Documentation: Must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions: Items that have been opened, registered, or used (unless a manufacturing defect is present) cannot be returned due to the sensitive nature of professional cinema and broadcast equipment.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@spotx.ae so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Shipping Costs
Defective Items: SPOTX will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
