Description
LX5R Tripod System
The LX5R delivers a 5kg / 11lb payload with strong rigidity and smooth torque performance. It uses a fixed counterbalance and fixed drag mode. The 75mm ball head base and 75mm bowl provide a secure tripod connection.
Flexible Positioning
The fluid head supports a tilt range from +90° to -80°. Its sliding camera plate offers +/-40mm / +/-1.6″ of adjustment. The plate uses a 1/4″ screw with a video pin. A bubble level helps with setup and alignment.
Ground or Mid-Level Spreader
The LX5R is available with either a ground spreader or a mid-level spreader. The 2-stage tripod adjusts from 56 to 166cm / 22 to 65.5″. It includes a carrying handle and three sets of 1/4″ and 3/8″ screw holes for tripod accessories.
Built for Wide Conditions
The system operates across a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C / -4°F to +140°F. The complete system weighs 5.6kg / 12.4lb. No spare screw is included.
