STORM CS32 3200W Tunable Color Light

The STORM CS32 delivers 3,200W of power and matches the brightness of industry-standard 4,000W HMIs. Its BLAIR-CG With Extended Red light engine produces white light that rivals true tungsten and natural daylight. It provides SSI (P3200): 93 and SSI (CIE D5600): 91. The 1,800–20,000K CCT range and full ASC MITC +/- Green adjustment give you detailed white-light control. The indigo emitter enhances fluorescing materials, while Extended Red enriches skin tones.

Full Color Spectrum

The STORM CS32 produces saturated colors through HSIC+, RGB, and xy controls. Its BLAIR-CG With Extended Red light engine reaches saturated colors across more than 90% of the Rec. 2020 color space. It closely matches important colors such as yellow across the CCT range. This lets you create deep crimson sunsets, rich sodium vapor night street scenes, and subtle color effects on white light without gels.

Household Circuit Power

The STORM CS32 draws up to 3,200W and produces white light as bright as a 4K HMI or 10K tungsten fresnel lamp. In 220V countries, it can run at full power from a common 15amp household circuit. In North America, the system includes a bare lead cable for professional power systems at 110V or 220V and a household Edison connector cable for 110V/20amp circuits.

Flexible Power Options

The CS32 Control Box recognizes the household Edison cable and limits maximum power draw appropriately, up to 80% of the light’s full brightness. When powered from a 110V/15amp or 110V/20amp circuit, the STORM CS32 remains the brightest point source light.

Portable High-Power Design

The STORM CS32 keeps its power in a compact and lightweight design that one person can use. The lamp head weighs 16.8kg, while the control box weighs 10.8kg. With the optional CF16 fresnel and skid, the assembled system can fit onto lighting truck shelving or a lighting head cart. Its cube-like lamp head also allows multiple CS32 fixtures to sit closely together for powerful arrays in limited spaces. Additional head cables can extend the lamp head from the control box up to 45m, allowing high crane mounting while keeping controls and power distribution accessible.
