Baby Combi Boom Stand

The Avenger A4041B Combi-Boom baby stand in black aluminum is the most rugged combi aluminum baby stand that Avenger makes. It features 4 sections with 3 risers, 1 levelling leg, and a baby spigot (16mm / 5/8″). The combination built-in pivot clamp converts this stand easily into a boom, offering exceptional versatility for lighting and grip applications on set.

Traditional Stand Mode

When used as a traditional light stand, the A4041B reaches a maximum height of 392cm (154.3 inches) and supports a 10kg (22 lb) payload. The stand features a mobile column with double locking T-knobs on the spider castings, nuts and bolts construction for durability, and a levelling leg for stability on uneven surfaces. Column tube diameters are 35mm, 30mm, 25mm, and 20mm for progressive stability.

Boom Mode for Overhead Lighting

When converted to boom mode, the stand offers a minimum boom extension of 113cm (44.5 inches) with a capacity of 15kg (33 lbs), and a maximum boom extension of 213cm (83.9 inches) with a capacity of 5kg (11 lbs). The included hooked sandbag is a useful addition to provide boom counterbalance or increase stand stability in either traditional stand mode or boom mode. Wheels are not recommended for this stand.
