FLUIDTECH Base for 3D Fluidity

The XPRO Monopod features Manfrotto’s full fluid base (MVMXPROBASE) with the innovative FLUIDTECH system, making it the first of its kind on the market to offer 3D fluidity. The FLUIDTECH base enables smooth pan, tilt, and swivel movement for an expanded range of shooting perspectives. As a result, you get ultimate shooting smoothness in all directions, no matter how quickly you move or reposition the monopod.

Anti-Rotation D-Shaped Tubes and Quick Power Lock

The D-shaped aluminium tubes greatly improve anti-rotation resistance throughout the monopod. They follow the videographer’s rapid rotation movements without any unwanted jerky results. Combined with the Quick Power Lock (QPL), which locks the lever firmly onto the monopod tube’s flat side, setup is super-fast and movement stays smooth and controlled throughout the shoot. The newly designed leg warmer also gives you exceptional grip and full footage control at all times.

Manfrotto 500 Video Head

The MVMXPRO500 head uses the powerful counterbalance system of the MVH500AH, designed for managing heavier equipment including interchangeable lens cameras and HDSLR bodies. It carries up to 8kg while remaining extra-lightweight and compact. The camera slots in quickly from above via an accessible side lock system, which is so secure it requires no secondary lock. One Easy Link 3/8″ connector fits an external monitor or other accessories, and the Manfrotto 500PLONG video camera plate is included.

Portable and Compliant

Three retractable feet make the monopod extremely portable when folded and easy to carry everywhere. This lets you move quickly between locations without slowing down your workflow.
