The Tilta HDA-T02-V Hydra Alien Car Mounting System provides a lightweight solution for car-mounted cinematography with smaller gimbals. It combines customizable dovetail-style plates and suction cups to create flexible mounting configurations for a wide range of shooting angles.

Durable Vehicle Mounting

Each suction cup can support a payload of up to 50kg. Highly elastic shock-absorbing silicon improves durability and reduces abrasion. Updated suction cup plungers create a stronger seal and improve security in colder weather. Interconnected mounting components let you fine-tune the camera position for high, low, side, or roof-mounted shots.

Smooth Camera Movement

The Hydra Alien uses a shock-absorbing arm to help stabilize the camera during vehicle shots. A spring-loaded cradle head supports setups where the gimbal needs to operate upside down. The included Hydraulic Dampening Pole adds further stabilization and helps produce smoother footage when driving conditions are less than optimal.

Flexible Gimbal Control

The system supports full wireless control of the DJI RS2 and RS3 Pro when paired with the optional Remote Control Kit. This allows you to adjust gimbal settings and control camera record and photo functions through wired or wireless connections. A built-in thumb-stick provides precise pan and tilt control while operating.

Power And Compatibility

The Hydra Alien supports flexible power options through Gold/V-Mount battery plates. It works with the DJI RS2, RS3, RS3 Pro, Crane 3S, Ronin 4D, and other gimbals that connect through 1/4″-20 screws and can receive power through P-Tap or internally.
