The Kupo Big Boom KCP-636B is a professional heavy-duty telescopic boom arm designed for precise positioning of lighting fixtures in film, television, and studio production environments. It allows operators to position lights in difficult or restricted spaces with smooth and controlled movement.

This boom features a four-way geared control system that enables pan, tilt, rotation, and telescopic extension, providing full flexibility when positioning lighting equipment on set. Its strong construction ensures stability even when fully extended.

The boom is built from a combination of steel and aluminum tubes with a two-section telescopic design. It extends from a folded length of approximately 2.25 meters up to a maximum reach of 3.63 meters, making it suitable for a wide range of production setups.

The top of the boom is equipped with both a 1-1/8” (28mm) junior receiver and a 5/8” (16mm) baby receiver, allowing compatibility with standard professional lighting fixtures. A counterweight system is used to maintain balance during operation.
