Description

NTG4+ Shotgun Microphone

The RØDE NTG4+ is a professional shotgun microphone with an expansive feature set that makes it incredibly versatile. It is super lightweight, making it ideal for use on a boom or on a camera. Its low-noise circuitry and clean, crisp sound also make it an excellent microphone for voice-over and live streaming applications. The NTG4+ features a highly directional supercardioid polar pattern, ensuring focused audio capture while rejecting off-axis noise.

Dual-Power Operation and Advanced Features

The NTG4+ can be powered by either P48 phantom power or its internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which offers over 150 hours of operation from a single charge. The microphone includes a high-pass filter (75Hz) for reducing low-frequency rumble, a -10dB pad for recording loud sound sources up to 135dB SPL, and a high-frequency boost for compensating for the dulling effect of using a fluffy windshield. These features make the NTG4+ adaptable to any recording environment.

Rugged Construction and Warranty

Designed and manufactured in Australia, the NTG4+ features rugged metal construction built to withstand the demands of professional field recording. The microphone includes the RM5 microphone mount, ZP1 zip pouch, and a foam windshield. With a full 10-year warranty upon online registration, the NTG4+ is a reliable investment for filmmakers, broadcasters, and content creators.
