Lantern 26-inch Softbox

The Aputure Lantern is a 65cm (26-inch) spherical omni-directional softbox designed for Bowens Mount LED fixtures and Studio Strobes. It offers a simple way to shape soft light and works with compatible fixtures for photo and video production.

Quick and Even Lighting

The spherical design spreads light in all directions with a 270º beam angle. It produces soft, even light across a wide area. The tension-based quick release frame lets you open or break down the Lantern in just a few seconds.

Precise Light Control

The Lantern includes 1-stop fabric diffusion and a removable 4-section light control skirt. The hook-and-loop design lets you attach the skirts in different positions to control the soft light quickly and precisely.

Bowens Mount Compatibility

The Lantern fits any Bowens Mount Studio Strobe or LED fixture. It can work with lights such as the Aputure 120d and 300d series. The accessory provides soft light over a wide area while maintaining control.
