Lindsey Optics Brilliant-Pol Polarizing filters are specifically designed for cinematography and come in all standard professional filter sizes. Additionally, Rota-Pol versions, compatible with 4×5.65 and 6.6×6.6 matte boxes, are also available. These filters effectively reduce reflections on glass and water, ensuring clear, high-quality imagery. Furthermore, they saturate blue skies and enhance color saturation in landscapes by minimizing micro-reflections in the scene.

With Brilliant-Pol polarizers, you gain greater flexibility in controlling the amount of reflection to remove. As a result, you can tell a more compelling story. The Brilliant-Pol product range includes both Linear and Circular Polarizers, available in five professional sizes: 4.5″ Round, 138mm Round, 4″x4″, 4″x5.65″, and 4.5″ Round UNMOUNTED.

The Lindsey Optics Circular Polarizer consists of a linear polarizer component and a quarter wave retarder component that spins the light, effectively depolarizing it on the camera side of the polarizer. To ensure proper use, each Lindsey Optics Circular Polarizer is clearly marked with “This Side Out,” guiding the correct orientation.

As with all Lindsey Optics filters, the Brilliant-Pol Polarizers feature a durable 7-layer anti-reflection coating that reduces stray light and enhances contrast and color saturation. Moreover, a water-resistant “easy clean” top coating ensures the filters remain easy to maintain while providing long-lasting protection and superior performance.
