AKS Plus Wireless System

The RATPAC AKS PLUS DMX/CRMX Wireless System delivers reliable wireless lighting control for film, television, broadcast, and live production environments. It works with industry-standard tablet-based DMX lighting control apps and larger professional lighting consoles. The transmitter receives sACN or Art-Net signals and wirelessly broadcasts one DMX universe to linked CRMX-enabled lighting fixtures and receivers.

Flexible Wireless DMX Control

The AKS Plus supports multiple input methods for easy integration into different lighting systems. Its RJ45 Ethernet port accepts sACN and Art-Net signals, while the mini XLR port provides another convenient connection option. It works with Wi-Fi tablets, smartphones, professional lighting consoles, and Ethernet-based control systems.

Built for demanding production environments, the AKS Plus operates for more than 20 hours on a single charge. It delivers a wireless transmission range of up to 400 meters (¼ mile) with line-of-sight coverage. Intelligent 2.4GHz frequency hopping, 128-bit encryption, and built-in error correction help maintain secure and dependable wireless communication throughout the production.

Wide Compatibility and Complete Connectivity

The transmitter supports L2-net Ethernet and Wi-Fi bypass while remaining compatible with all Ratpac wireless products and CRMX-compatible devices. The package includes both 3-pin female to 5-pin male and 5-pin female to 3-pin female DMX adapter cables, making it easy to connect with a variety of lighting equipment.
