Bi-Color LED Panel Light

Control studio lighting with the SWIT CL-120D 120W Bi-Color SMD LED Panel Light. It combines 1,800 surface-mounted LEDs, adjustable color temperature, digital dimming, and DMX512 control. The panel delivers 3,700 lux at 1 meter and offers high color accuracy for broadcast studios, mobile studios, live streaming studios, green screen work, and interview kits.

SMD LEDs and Wide Light Distribution

The CL-120D uses 1,800 surface-mounted LEDs to provide bright, soft light with a wide beam angle and uniform illumination from the center to the edges. This design reduces the concentrated central hot-spot associated with traditional DIP LED bulbs. The panel has a 120° beam angle and a 65° half-peak angle. Its SMD LED technology also offers high color rendering and a long service life.

Adjustable Color and Brightness

The 120W panel delivers 3,700 lux at 1 meter, measured at the center. Adjust its color temperature continuously from 2700K to 6500K in 50K steps. The light uses separate 120W arrays of 2700K and 6500K LEDs. Its 0–100% PWM digital dimming provides smooth, flicker-free brightness control. The fanless cooling design produces no fan noise during video production.

High Color Accuracy and DMX Control

With a CRI of 98 and TLCI of 99, the CL-120D supports accurate color reproduction. Its DMX512 system controls brightness and color temperature through 5-pin XLR input and output connections. Hold the dimmer knob for two seconds to enter DMX address settings from 001 to 512. The dimmer uses address N, while color temperature uses address N+1.

The panel also provides a 5V USB power output for accessories such as the SWIT LA-WR8 Pocket Wireless DMX controller. You can power the wireless DMX adapter through the panel’s USB socket.

Display and Power Options

The rear LCD displays dimmer percentage, color temperature, DMX address, channel information, and remaining battery indications. The light accepts 11–17V DC input through a 4-pin XLR socket. Power it with a V-mount or Gold mount battery, or an AC-DC adapter. The default battery plate is V-mount.

The CL-120D includes four-leaf metal barn doors and a yoke bracket. It has an IP20 protection rating, and an optional 45° honeycomb is available.
