Three Polarizer Options

Select the filter that best fits your shooting requirements:

• Linear Polarizer – Reduces reflections, glare, haze, and enhances overall color saturation.
• Ultra Linear Polarizer – Provides stronger polarization than a standard linear polarizer for improved reflection control and richer color.
• Ultra Circular Polarizer – Delivers maximum polarization performance with enhanced glare reduction, improved contrast, and vibrant color reproduction.

Reduce Reflections and Glare

All versions effectively filter polarized light reflected from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass, painted objects, and foliage, helping eliminate distracting reflections and improve image clarity.

Improve Landscape Images

Polarization reduces atmospheric haze and blue cast while enhancing the saturation of skies, foliage, and natural colors for richer, more vibrant outdoor images.

Linear Polarizer Design

These filters are designed primarily for manual cameras, video cameras, and systems that do not rely on autofocus or automatic exposure metering. They are not recommended for autofocus SLR cameras that require circular polarizers.

Professional Construction

Each filter is manufactured from Water White optical glass using Tiffen’s ColorCore technology, which laminates the filter material between two precision-ground pieces of optical glass for consistent optical performance.

Cinema-Ready Format

Measuring 4 x 5.65″ (approximately 100 x 140mm / 101.6 x 143.5mm depending on model), these filters are compatible with professional matte box systems commonly used in film, television, and commercial production.
