MINI MAX Boom Stand

The Matthews Mini MAX Stand brings professional fixture placement to locations where traditional support systems cannot fit. Its compact design allows lights to be positioned in corners, close to walls, and in other challenging spaces. As a result, crews gain greater flexibility when building lighting setups.

Designed for Tight Locations

Mini MAX does not require rear rails or counterbalance pipes. Therefore, it can place fixtures where larger support systems may not fit.

When camera angles limit stand placement, the Mini MAX can extend into position. Consequently, users can place key lights, top lights, or back lights exactly where they are needed.

Extended Reach and Support

The stand supports fixtures weighing up to 20 lb (9.1 kg). In addition, it provides an 8 ft (243 cm) horizontal extension for increased positioning flexibility.

Mini MAX operates on a maximum 105 in (265 cm) arc. Furthermore, it can reach from 16 ft (489 cm) high to 3 ft (92 cm) below horizontal, helping crews achieve a wide range of lighting angles.

Stable on Uneven Ground

Three Rocky Mountain Legs allow the stand to level on uneven terrain, stairs, and curbs. Therefore, crews can work more efficiently without relying on additional support accessories.

V-shaped brass brakes create strong three-point contact, while thick threaded collars provide secure locking. Moreover, the knurled baby pin helps keep mounted equipment firmly in place.
