NTG4 Shotgun Microphone

The RØDE NTG4 is a professional shotgun microphone designed for filmmakers, broadcasters, content creators, and audio professionals. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to use on a boom pole or directly on a camera, while its low-noise circuitry delivers clean, crisp audio for video production, voice-over work, and live-streaming.

Professional Directional Audio

The NTG4 features a tightly controlled super cardioid polar pattern that focuses on your subject while reducing unwanted ambient sound. This directional pickup helps produce clear, detailed recordings in a wide range of production environments.

Built for Versatile Recording

Whether mounted on a camera, positioned on a boom pole, or used in a studio, the NTG4 adapts easily to different recording applications. Its lightweight design provides comfortable handling during extended recording sessions.

Advanced Digital Controls

The microphone includes digitally controlled audio settings that allow you to adapt quickly to changing recording conditions. Activate the high-pass filter to reduce unwanted low-frequency noise, engage the -10dB pad when recording loud sound sources, or enable the high-frequency boost to compensate for the high-frequency loss that can occur when using a fluffy windshield.

Clean, Low-Noise Performance

Low-noise circuitry helps capture natural, detailed audio with excellent clarity, making the NTG4 suitable for dialogue recording, voice-overs, live-streams, interviews, and professional video production.
