Build your camera setup with the TILTA Camera Cage For Sony FX3/FX30 V2 Pro Kit.

This modular cage kit offers multiple mounting options, improved camera security, power support, and flexible rigging for the Sony FX3 and FX30. Its removable cage sections help you adapt the setup to different shooting needs, including situations where weight matters, such as gimbal operation.

Modular Cage and Mounting Options

The full cage provides 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads with locating points, two cold shoe receivers, a NATO rail for top handles, and mounting points for single rod holders. Its modular design lets you add or remove different cage sections to suit your setup. The cage also supports the XLR Top Handle.

The redesigned cage uses three individual mounting screws to strengthen the connection between the camera body and cage. This design helps limit front-to-back twisting of the camera when you mount accessories, including wireless follow focus motors, to the cage.

Quick Release and Cable Security

The bottom plate features a DJI Standard ARCA quick release plate for fast transitions between a tripod and compatible DJI gimbals. The Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate also uses a DJI Standard ARCA receiver for transitions to Ronin Series Gimbals. Compatibility with other ARCA standards is not guaranteed.

The redesigned cable clamp integrates with the full cage and secures cables with a thumb screw. The bottom plate also supports Tilta Standard Dovetails and includes 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads.

Handles and 15mm Baseplate

The included ergonomic Xeno Top Handle attaches through the NATO rail. Its redesigned shape provides increased clearance for improved handling and operation. The handle includes 1/4″-20 threads and a cold shoe receiver for accessories such as an external monitor.

The kit also includes an Advanced Power Handle that attaches to the cage through a NATO rail. It powers accessories and supports run-stop control through the included cable. Adjustable rotation and an additional hand strap provide flexible handling and comfort when operating the Sony FX3 or FX30.

The Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate supports dual 15mm rods and rod-based accessories, including follow focus systems and matte boxes.
