TILTA FX6 Advanced Kit

The TILTA Camera Cage for Sony FX6 Advanced Kit transforms the Sony FX6 into a versatile cinema rig with expanded mounting options, V-Mount power, and professional accessory support. The modular design protects the camera while providing flexible configurations for handheld, studio, and production workflows.

Complete Camera Protection and Rigging

The Multi-Functional Top Plate fits securely around the Sony FX6’s original top handle while supporting the optional TILTA Top Handle for FX6. It also includes a monitor mount for the FX6 LCD Monitor Bracket and dual 15mm LWS rod adapters for mounting accessories above the lens.

The Side Arm adds extra protection to the camera body and provides multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting points with locating pin compatibility for attaching production accessories.

Professional Mounting System

The Quick Release Baseplate supports 15mm LWS rods at both the front and rear, making it ideal for matte boxes, follow focus systems, lens supports, and other rod-mounted accessories. Dual ARRI rosettes allow users to attach extension arms and handles for comfortable handheld operation.

The baseplate connects directly to TILTA Standard Dovetails and can be adapted to ARRI Standard using the TILTA Standard to ARRI Standard Multi-Functional Baseplate. A built-in lens adapter support bracket at the front provides additional lens stability.

Power and Wireless Expansion

The included V-Mount Battery Plate Type I mounts securely into the Sony FX6 battery chamber and connects to the Multi-Functional Top Plate for additional stability. It provides two 14.8V P-Tap outputs, one 14.8V 2-pin LEMO output, and one 5V USB output for powering the camera and connected accessories. The battery plate must connect through the FX6 DC port to supply power.

A dedicated Wireless Video Mounting Bracket positions compatible wireless video transmitters using a 90-degree 1/4″-20 threaded mount, creating a clean and organized camera setup.

Designed for Professional Productions

The Side Arm includes dedicated spaces for three reusable Camera Index Stickers, making the system ideal for multi-camera productions where clear camera identification improves on-set workflow. The modular design allows filmmakers to build a configuration that matches their production requirements.
