X21 Dome Diffuser

The ARRI X21 Dome is a hot-swappable diffuser designed for the SkyPanel X lamphead. It delivers highly efficient, uniform soft light while maintaining excellent brightness, making it an ideal choice for close-to-talent lighting in film, television, and studio productions.

Designed for SkyPanel X

The X21 Dome comes included with every SkyPanel X lamphead and mounts directly over the LEDs. Its interchangeable design allows users to quickly swap between compatible modifiers to match different lighting requirements.

Efficient Soft Light Output

Positioned directly over the LED array, the X21 Dome produces highly efficient, brilliant, and even soft illumination. It creates a natural soft wrap that flatters subjects while maintaining high light output.

Optimized for Talent Lighting

The X21 Dome is well suited for close-to-talent applications. It delivers excellent dimming performance, accurate color reproduction, and quiet operation comparable to the S60-C, making it suitable for environments where low noise is essential.

Flexible Lighting Control

The SkyPanel X supports flexible control options with built-in wireless functionality. Users can also fine-tune the lighting setup using compatible softboxes and diffusion frames.

High Output Performance

When installed on the SkyPanel X, the X21 Dome delivers higher lumen and lux output than the SkyPanel X fitted with the S60 Adapter and Standard S60-C diffusion. Users can also replace the Standard diffusion with the S60-C Intensifier or use the adapter without diffusion to achieve the highest possible lumen output.

Compact and Lightweight

Measuring 711 × 70 × 323 mm and weighing approximately 0.6 kg, the X21 Dome adds minimal weight while remaining easy to transport, install, and exchange during production.
