The Hollyland Pyro 7 is a 7-inch wireless monitor that combines a transmitter, receiver, and monitor into one compact unit. It is built for professional shooting and smaller commercial projects alike. With its advanced wireless technology and powerful HollyOS software, it gives you reliable, high-quality monitoring anywhere on set.

Faster, Longer, Stronger Transmission

The Pyro 7 uses self-developed 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band technology to deliver a stable range of up to 1,300ft / 400m. It achieves a minimal latency of just 60ms thanks to upgraded chips and optimized video encoding and decoding. Two modes let you choose your priority on set. Smooth Mode adjusts the bitrate to achieve the lowest 60ms latency for ultra-long-distance use. HD Mode maintains a stable bitrate of 8–12 Mbps for superior image quality, even at full range.

Auto Dual-Band Hopping (ADH) technology takes signal reliability even further. It constantly scans across frequency ranges and automatically selects the clearest available channel. As a result, you get uninterrupted wireless video transmission without having to manage frequencies manually.

One Transmitter, Four Receivers

With WifiBroadcast technology, the Pyro 7 lets one transmitter connect to up to four receivers at once with stable signals. This gives you more flexibility when additional monitoring needs come up on set. In addition, preset grouping and pairing remove the need to manually set up transmitters and receivers every time. So your crew saves valuable time and gets up and running faster.

Dual-Camera Monitoring Made Easy

Two customizable shortcut keys let you switch between dual camera views in under one second. These keys also give you quick access to image analysis tools like waveform, focus assist, and recording. Furthermore, the Pyro 7 is compatible with Pyro H and Pyro S, so you can pair it with either system for greater flexibility and scalability across your monitoring setup.

HollyOS – Advanced Image Analysis

The upgraded HollyOS system gives you a full suite of image analysis tools right on the monitor. It supports MP4 video recording of up to 40 minutes per session using an external SD card. You can also apply a LUT during video export, import external device content, and capture on-set screenshots to overlay with your current recording for scene restoration or replication. This makes the Pyro 7 a powerful tool for on-set monitoring and post-production preparation alike.

7-Inch Screen and Pro Connectivity

The 7-inch, 1500-nit display gives you a clear and comfortable monitoring experience in any lighting condition, from bright sunlight to dim interiors. For connectivity, the transmitter features one HDMI input, one SDI input, and one HDMI loopout. The receiver provides one SDI output, one HDMI output, and one SDI loopout. The Pyro 7 also supports RTMP streaming to platforms like Zoom, YouTube Live, Twitch, and TikTok Live via a wireless network card.

The shell of the Pyro 7 uses aerospace-grade magnesium-aluminum alloy. This makes it 30% lighter than aluminum-only models while also being more robust, rigid, and better at heat dissipation.
