Powered by Hollyland’s proprietary TWiFi technology, Pyro Ultra lets one transmitter connect to unlimited receivers in Broadcast Mode. This gives you real-time monitoring across your entire crew with smooth and reliable clarity. In Non-Broadcast Mode, the system supports up to four receivers and two mobile apps, making it just as effective for smaller, leaner teams.

TWiFi Technology – Further, Faster, Stronger

TWiFi combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz into a composite link that outperforms conventional dual-band systems. It delivers a line-of-sight range of up to 4,900ft / 1.5km in Non-Broadcast Mode and up to 2,300ft / 700m in Broadcast Mode. Automatic frequency hopping keeps the signal clean and stable in crowded environments. In addition, Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) support unlocks access to wider spectrum bands in regulated regions, giving you more flexibility wherever your production takes you.

True 4K60 Clarity

Pyro Ultra supports true 4K/60fps at 12Mbps over HDMI, rendering every frame with stunning clarity, nuance, and depth. Receivers also feature adaptive output resolution, so even when transmitting in 4K60, a receiver can output in 1080p to match downstream devices. As a result, your signal stays compatible across all displays without losing the integrity of the source.

Focus Mode – Down to 20ms

Focus Mode reduces latency to as low as 20ms on enabled devices, making it ideal for focus pullers who need precise and responsive feedback. You can enable it across all receivers within the same group. Whether you are catching a subtle glance or tracking a moving subject, every pull lands right on cue. The minimum latency values are 20ms at 1080p25/30, 40ms at 1080p60, and 45ms at 4K60, and these apply only when Focus Mode is enabled.

Flexible Streaming and Connectivity

Pyro Ultra supports both UVC and RTMP streaming for flexible live production and remote collaboration. UVC supports resolutions up to 4K60, while RTMP streaming is limited to 1080p60. The transmitter also features 4K60 HDMI loop out for local monitoring, and supports fractional frame rates on both HDMI and SDI for compatibility across professional and broadcast production standards.

Freeze Frame and Fallback Display

If a signal is unexpectedly cut, Pyro Ultra freezes the last frame on screen so your crew has time to recover without disrupting the workflow. You can also set a custom image as the fallback display to maintain visual consistency and brand presence on set.
