6.6×6.6″ Rota-Streak™ Filters

The Brilliant² Rota-Streak™ Filter introduces a fresh twist in streak filters, offering new creative options for in-camera streak, star, and swirl effects.

In addition, Lindsey Optics Brilliant Streak Filters create exciting streaks on bright lights and highlights in a scene. These 6.6″x 6.6″ filters are specifically designed to fit most 6.6″ matte boxes.

Furthermore, the rotating filter mount allows the streak effect to be adjusted to find the perfect angle. Alternatively, the rotation can be motorized, enabling dynamic rotating streak, star, and swirl effects.

To manufacture our streak filters, a unique method is employed, where very small cylindrical rod lenses are laminated inside the glass filter. By incorporating these rod lenses with different spacing, a variety of streak effects can be achieved. Specifically, a closer spacing creates a stronger effect, while a wider spacing results in a subtler one.

Moreover, the diamond pattern produces a star cross effect, while the swirls create beautiful elliptical flares on specular light sources and highlights.

Additionally, Brilliant Streak Filters are available in seven types: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, Diamond Star, Confetti, and Swirl.

Finally, these filters are offered in four colors: Clear, Blue, Yellow, and Pink.
