Three ED (Extra Low Dispersion) glass elements and four aspherical elements, including one ED Aspherical glass element, deliver high resolution from 16 mm to 25 mm.

Flare, ghosting, and color bleeding are minimized for optimal clarity, while the F2.8 aperture and 11 blades create beautiful G Lens bokeh.

With a maximum magnification of 0.2x (AF) / 0.23x (MF) and a minimum focus distance of 0.18 m (0.59ft) (AF) / 0.17 m (0.56ft) (MF), this lens also excels in close-ups.
