CIMO V-Mount Battery

The SWIT CIMO Series is a range of cine-class V-mount batteries built for professional cinematographers. Every model uses ternary lithium cells for higher energy density, excellent low-temperature performance down to -20°C, and a smaller size than regular batteries. They deliver high constant load output, smart power management, and a rugged dual housing design for reliable on-set use.

Choose Your Capacity

The CIMO-98S has 98Wh / 6.8Ah capacity with 8 ternary lithium cells. It is slim and fly-friendly. It outputs at least 150W / 12A constant load with a 200W peak. USB-C charging input is 45W, fully charging the battery within 2.5 hours. It uses 4-LED power indicators instead of an OLED display.

The CIMO-160S has 160Wh / 11.1Ah capacity with 16 ternary lithium cells. It is also fly-friendly. It outputs at least 200W / 16A constant load with a 270W peak. The 100W / 6A fast charger charges it from 0 to 80% in 1.5 hours and fully in 2.5 hours. USB-C input charges it fully in 4 hours.

The CIMO-200S has 196Wh / 13.6Ah capacity with 16 ternary lithium cells. It outputs at least 200W / 16A constant load with a 270W peak. The 100W / 6A fast charger charges it from 0 to 80% in 1.7 hours and fully in 2.75 hours. USB-C input charges it fully in 4.5 hours.

The CIMO-290S has 290Wh / 20.1Ah capacity with 24 ternary lithium cells. It is the largest in the range. It outputs at least 250W / 20A constant load with a 335W peak. The 100W / 6A fast charger charges it from 0 to 80% in 2.5 hours and fully in 3.8 hours. USB-C input charges it fully in 6.6 hours.

High Load Output on All Models

Every CIMO battery delivers its rated constant load even at 1% remaining capacity. This means you can drive high-power cine cameras and on-camera devices together without interruption right to the end of the charge. Furthermore, the high-load ternary lithium cells protect battery lifespan better than normal load batteries under long-term full load use.

Outputs and Connectivity

All CIMO models include two D-tap outputs and one USB-A output at 5V/9V / 2A. They also include one USB-C port supporting 65W output at 5V/9V/12V/15V 3A and up to 20V / 3.25A. The USB-C output supports BC1.2, QC2.0/3.0, FCP, SCP, and PD2.0/3.0 protocols for universal compatibility with laptops and smart devices. The CIMO-98S accepts 45W USB-C charging input, while the CIMO-160S, CIMO-200S, and CIMO-290S all accept 60W USB-C charging input. Note that USB-C chargers below the minimum required wattage cannot charge these batteries.

Smart Display and Battery Management

The CIMO-160S, CIMO-200S, and CIMO-290S all feature an OLED screen showing power percentage and remaining runtime. A long press of the power check button displays battery cycle times and health level for easy battery management. The CIMO-98S instead uses a 4-LED power indicator for quick remaining power checks.

Built Tough for the Field

Every CIMO battery uses a dual housing design and survives drops from 1.2 meters at any angle. A rear LED torch activates with a double press of the power check button and turns off automatically after 60 seconds. Additionally, the ultra-low standby power design holds charge for years without losing power. So you never need regular charge-discharge maintenance during storage.
