Full Spectrum IRND Filter

The Tiffen 4 x 4″ Full Spectrum IRND Filter combines infrared control and neutral density filtration in a single filter. It is designed to help maintain image quality when reducing exposure, particularly in HD camera applications where infrared contamination can become more visible.

Infrared Pollution Control

As neutral density filtration reduces visible light reaching the sensor, infrared light can become more noticeable and affect image color accuracy. This filter helps block unwanted infrared wavelengths, preserving color fidelity and producing more natural-looking results, especially in darker image areas.

Optical Construction

Built from Water White optical glass, the filter delivers excellent clarity while maintaining image quality. It is manufactured using Tiffen’s ColorCore technology, which laminates the filter material between precision optical glass layers and grinds the assembly to tight tolerances for consistent performance.
