Brilliant-Pol Polarizers

The Lindsey Optics Brilliant-Pol Polarizers are built for professional cinema production and deliver precise control over reflections and image contrast. They reduce reflections from glass and water while enhancing blue skies and increasing color saturation in landscape scenes by minimizing unwanted micro-reflections. The range includes both Linear and Circular Polarizers in multiple industry-standard filter sizes, including RotaPol versions that fit directly into 4×5.65 matte boxes.

Professional Polarization Control

Brilliant-Pol filters give cinematographers greater creative control over reflected light. Instead of removing all reflections, they let you choose how much reflection remains in the scene, helping you create the visual style that best supports your story. The product range includes both Linear Polarizers and Circular Polarizers in professional sizes including 4.5″ Round, 138mm Round, and 4″x5.65″.

Circular Polarizer Design

The Lindsey Optics Circular Polarizer combines a linear polarizer with a quarter-wave retarder that rotates the light and effectively depolarizes it on the camera side of the filter. Each Circular Polarizer includes a clearly marked “This Side Out” label for quick and correct installation during production.

Durable Multi-Coated Construction

Every Brilliant-Pol Polarizer features Lindsey Optics’ rock-hard 7-layer anti-reflection coating that minimizes stray light while improving contrast and color saturation. A water-resistant easy-clean top coating helps remove moisture, fingerprints, and dirt quickly, making the filters suitable for demanding production environments.
