X17 Tablet Teleprompter

The upgraded quick release plate works with 501PL and lets you press the camera into place from the top without alignment. Lock it in 1 second, then use the release button to remove it. This makes it easy to switch the camera between the teleprompter and a tripod head. The 1/4″ and 3/8″ screws support DSLR cameras and camcorders weighing up to 44lb (20kg).

Ready to Use

The integrated X17 II design requires no assembly. Take it out of the box and start using it. The teleprompter helps you follow scripts while maintaining eye contact during speeches, wide-angle video recording, vlogging, live streaming, online courses, and tutorials.

Clear Prompts and Flexible Positioning

The 17″ HD beam splitter provides 71% light transmittance and reflects scripts clearly from distances up to 13ft (4m). Its frame tilts to 45° for comfortable viewing positions. The camera platform moves 2.2″-3.5″ (56-89mm) vertically and slides along the 9.8″ (248mm) track to help position the camera. A zippered sun hood and drawstring lens hood help prevent light leakage.

App and Remote Control

Pair the included RT113 remote with your phone through Bluetooth and use the NEEWER Teleprompter App to control scripts. You can pause, adjust scrolling speed, and turn script pages with the remote. Its quiet buttons and discreet black design help avoid distractions during shooting. The app supports iOS 11.0/Android 6.0 and later and is available for free download from major app stores.

The tablet holder supports tablets and smartphones up to 9.3″ (235mm) wide. It works with devices including iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad Mini, iPhone 16, 15 Pro Max, 15 Plus, 14, 13 Mini, Samsung Galaxy S24, S23, S22 Ultra, Google Pixel 9, Pixel 8, Pixel 7 Pro, Xiaomi, Huawei P60, Mate 60, and Lenovo. The bottom 1/4″ and 3/8″ threads fit most video and ball head tripods. Fold the X17 II flat for storage and transport, then place it in the foam-padded aluminum alloy carrying base.
