17″ Explorer Series Teleprompter

The Autocue 17″ Explorer Series Teleprompter is many people’s favorite for good reason. It is large enough to be readable in most large studio spaces, with a maximum reading range of around 6m / 20ft. At the same time, it will not overwhelm a more modest studio setup. Furthermore, it is small enough to transport easily, and an optional case is available to protect it on the move.

Fast, Tool-Free Setup for Any Camera

Every Explorer Series prompter uses minimal parts that slot together quickly. You do not need any tools to set it up or adjust it. The mounting kit adapts to your gear, so camera and lens choice rarely matters. Camcorders, digital cine cameras, and mirrorless cameras all fit the standard Explorer Series mounting system. Furthermore, mounting the prompter underneath the monitor makes balancing on your camera support much simpler. If you work with PTZ or box lens cameras, specific solutions are also available.

Tough Monitor & Premium Beams Splitter Glass

The monitor features a metal housing that is built to last through long-term professional use. On the side, you will find a range of inputs for easy connectivity. In addition, an HDMI cable is included in the box so you can connect to a laptop straight away. The sturdy hood is made from lightweight composite material. It secures the Autocue 70:30 beam splitter glass, which clearly displays text to the presenter while keeping it completely invisible to the camera.

Complete Package — Ready to Prompt

Every Explorer Series Teleprompter comes with a free 12-month license for Autocue Explorer Software. It is a simple, modern prompting application that gets you up and running without delay. Everything you need is included, so you can start prompting straight out of the box.
