The Nanlux Evoke 2400B is the new leader of the Evoke family. It delivers the output of a 4KW HMI or 10KW Tungsten at a rated power of just 2400W, making it one of the most efficient and powerful LED fixtures available for professional film and television production. With IP55 weather resistance, advanced color control, and a wide range of wired and wireless control options, the Evoke 2400B sets a new standard for large-scale LED lighting.

Superior Output and Efficiency

Compared to traditional light sources, the Evoke 2400B offers no preheating or cool-down time, flicker-free operation, and 0.0% to 100.0% dimming in 0.1% increments for smooth and precise control. Brightness can also be switched instantly between 0.0% and any currently set dimming position with a short press of the knob. As a result, making changes during shooting sessions is effortless and time-saving.

Advanced G/M Color Adjustment

Traditional bi-color LED lights produce slight magenta in the middle CCT range and slight green at the extremes. Nanlux solves this by adding automatic G/M calibration to keep the color temperature on the Planck curve throughout the full adjustment range. In addition, the G/M ±80 △uv range gives creators a new dimension of creative control — matching different light sources on set, enhancing skin tones with a magenta tint, or adding a green tint for atmosphere. The Evoke 2400B’s color rendering, fidelity, and saturation have all been refined for the most technically demanding productions.

Lightweight and Rugged Construction

The Evoke 2400B uses magnesium alloy construction with structural optimizations for an ideal strength-to-weight ratio. Despite having 100% more rated power than the Evoke 1200B, its power supply weighs only 1kg / 2.2 lbs more than the original. Both the lamp head and power supply carry an IP55 rating for reliable performance in outdoor and challenging environments.

Intelligent Cooling System

The Evoke 2400B features four fan modes for flexible cooling across different shooting environments. Smart Mode automatically adjusts fan speed based on ambient temperature. Full Speed Mode allows 100% power output. Low Speed Mode caps power at 50% for quieter operation. Off Mode limits power to 15% for silent shooting such as interviews. This system makes distracting noisy fans a thing of the past.

Comprehensive Control Options

The fixture features four buttons, three knobs, and a 3.5-inch LCD screen for intuitive on-fixture control. A Wire Control Socket on the lamp head enables wired controller communication. A 5-pin XLR DMX in and out port supports DMX/RDM control via a lighting console. Two LAN ports support Art-Net/sACN Ethernet control for longer signal distances and multi-universe management. The built-in 2.4G and Bluetooth modules enable NANLINK wireless control, and a LumenRadio TimoTwo module supports CRMX signal transmission and reception.

NL Mount with Modifier Recognition

The Evoke 2400B is compatible with all existing NL mount softboxes and accessories. The new electronic contacts on the NL mount enable a modifier recognition function that identifies which modifier is in use. This protects both the fixture and accessories from damage caused by high heat levels. The function can be turned on or off in the fixture menu as needed.
