Adjustable Base Design

This low, wide base positions the camera close to the ground and helps level uneven floors. Its arms adjust without tools. A toothed collar sets each arm’s angle, a row of holes adjusts its length, and a red lever locks it in place. Choose a three-leg or four-leg configuration to suit the setup.

The open top accepts NSH adapters, including bowl mounts, Euro plates, and Mitchell plates. A 3/8-inch thread pattern provides additional mounting points in a cheese-plate layout.

Three-Leg and Four-Leg Versions

Both versions use a central plate with an open bore, adjustable arms, and legs that accept a levelling unit, studio wheel, or skateboard wheel unit. The three-leg version has a smaller footprint and can stand in different positions. The four-leg version spreads the load across a wider footprint and adds pin receivers for 25 mm and 28 mm pins, along with a fixed Mitchell plate underneath.

The underside Mitchell plate on the four-leg version supports the NSH Turnstile mount, allowing the complete setup to turn.

Flexible On-Set Configurations

Use the base with different equipment and support systems. Insert a bazooka or riser into the bore to create a column base, or mount a jib to support its arm. Replace the levelling units with the track platform to run shots on standard or narrow track.

The 360-degree retractable support legs can accept 48.3 mm clamps and various accessories for use with a wide range of photographic equipment.
