Portable Chroma Key Background

The Manfrotto Chroma Key FX 4×2.9m Background Kit Green gives content creators, videographers, and cinematographers a complete portable chroma key system for professional productions. It combines a large shooting area with a lightweight design, making it ideal for both studio work and location shoots.

Large Chroma Key Surface

The kit provides an overall setup size of 4m wide and 2.9m high, with a usable chroma key surface measuring 3.9 x 2.8m. Its 11.2m² working area supports wide camera angles, low-angle shots, and moving subjects that smaller backgrounds cannot easily accommodate.

Fast and Simple Assembly

Three lightweight aluminium frame sections connect using four hinge clips for quick setup. An internal elastic cord keeps every frame section together, helping prevent lost parts while making assembly faster. The complete system can be ready in approximately ten minutes.

Stable and Portable Design

The background stands independently by folding the outer frame sections into a wraparound shape. You can also lean it against a wall to use the full width of the system. Despite its large working area, the kit folds down to just 103 x 30cm and weighs only 9.8kg, making transport and storage easy.

Smooth, Professional Results

The included Chroma Key Green fabric attaches directly to the frame with an innovative clip system, creating a clean and seamless background. Two tensioning bars pull the fabric tight to minimise wrinkles, helping achieve more accurate keying and reducing post-production work.

Flexible Shooting Options

The kit includes a Chroma Key Green cover, while Green and Blue replacement covers are also available separately. This allows users to switch between chroma key colours to suit different subjects and production environments.
