Matthews Big Ben Clamp

The Matthews Big Ben Clamp provides secure pipe mounting support for professional grip, lighting, and rigging applications. It combines versatile rigging functionality with durable construction for studio and on-location production environments. Moreover, the integrated mounting pin simplifies equipment setup and accessory attachment.

Cheeseboard-style Clamp Design

The clamp features a cheeseboard-style construction with an attached 1-1/8” pin for reliable equipment mounting. As a result, crews can secure lighting and grip accessories quickly during production setups.

Pipe Compatibility

The Big Ben Clamp supports pipes with diameters ranging from 1-1/4” to 1-1/2”. Additionally, the secure clamping mechanism helps maintain stable positioning during overhead or ground-level rigging applications.

Overhead Grid Applications

The clamp works effectively as part of a temporary overhead grid system for lighting and production equipment. Therefore, crews can create flexible rigging structures for studio shoots, stage work, and controlled production environments.

Ground-Level Rigging Support

Users can pair the Big Ben Clamp with a junior stand to create stable ground-level pipe rigging setups. Furthermore, this configuration expands placement flexibility for lighting, grip equipment, and production accessories.

Professional Production Durability

The durable clamp construction supports repeated use in demanding production conditions. Consequently, crews can rely on stable performance during studio operation, live production, and location shooting workflows.
