Sony DC-C1 DC Coupler

Power your camera longer

The Sony DC-C1 DC Coupler supplies continuous power to compatible cameras for extended photo and video shooting. It works with cameras that use NP-FZ100 or NP-FW50 batteries and connects to a USB Power Delivery (PD) power supply rated at 65 W or more.

NP-FZ100 And NP-FW50 Support

The DC-C1 uses a plug-in plate that fits into the camera’s battery slot. It includes an adapter for NP-FZ100-compatible cameras and a plug-in plate for NP-FW50-compatible cameras, allowing the coupler to supply power during extended shooting sessions.

Secure USB Connection

The DC-C1 helps prevent accidental USB cable disconnection during shooting. A USB connector with a locking screw can attach to the coupler’s locking screw hole. An anchor loop also provides another way to secure the cable to the USB port.

Compact Outdoor Design

The DC-C1 features a compact and lightweight body for outdoor shooting. Its design is smaller and lighter than the AC-PW20 while adding a way to secure the USB cable against accidental disconnection.

Adjustable Cable Setup

A 1.6 m cable connects the plug-in plate to the DC-C1 power supply assembly. You can bundle the cable with the included cable band to adjust its usable length for different shooting setups.

Power Status Indicator

The power indicator lamp on the power supply assembly lights up when the DC-C1 supplies power to the camera. The lamp flashes when you connect a USB PD power supply that cannot deliver more than 65 W or a USB cable with USB PD support that cannot handle a 5 A current.
